A smart body also makes an impressive personality and it attracts everyone.You can use different diet plan or sometime supplements, but it’s been prove that supplements are somewhat having different site effects.


Being overweight is a major problem women have to now these days. The major cause of it is the inactive lifestyle while we still have the diet of a active lifestyle not have time for exercise and other healthy activities that’s why over weight problems create. It is only wise to let go of the bad eating habits and follow a weight loss diet plan

Wake Up Early And Take Breakfast:

You start your day with Breakfast, so you eat fruits in your breakfast, Brown bread with poached egg and tea or coffee without sugar because sugar have lots of overweight natural ingredients.You can also take 1 boiled egg with brown bread slice with margarine & fruit purée. To make a purée, Cut up your fruits and place in a pot on the stove with a small amount of water. Cover and leave it on a low heat until the fruit is soft. Now just process in the blender and add a squeeze of fresh lemon/cinnamon & black pepper to taste.

For Lunch:

For lunch, you can have your normal meal or steamed or poached fish or chicken piece with steamed vegetables,vegetable soup and add lot of salad in your lunch..After meal you can have green tea and avoid having coffee or tea. Drink a lot of water at least 2.5 litres daily. Water is very useful for good health..you can also have juice.

For Dinner:

Studies find that the less food put in front of you, the less food you’ll eat. Conversely, the more food in front of you, the more you’ll eat. So instead of using regular dinner plates that range these days from 10-14 inches, serve your main course with salad plates. The same goes for liquids. Instead of oversized coffee mugs and the most important is that Eat your foods slower. Avoid use of rice. If you wanted to have rice, boil rice or chine’s rice is best option.

For Snacks:

If you feel hungry in between the meal times, just have a handful of fruits or nuts and not a piece more.

Hot Beverage drinks:

Instead of drinking tea or coffee during the day as a hot beverage, drink diet tea. Prepare a day’s diet tea and keep it in a flask.

Take a walk before dinner. 

You’ll do more than burn calories ,you’ll cut your appetite. Having a  20 minutes of walking reduced appetite and increased sensations of fullness as effectively as a light meal.

Eat five or six small meals or snacks a day instead of three large meals. 

A 1999 South African study found that when men ate parts of their morning meal at intervals over five hours, they consumed almost 30 percent fewer calories at lunch than when they ate a single breakfast. Other studies show that even if you eat the same number of calories distributed this way, your body releases less insulin, which keeps blood sugar steady and helps control hunger.

Exercise Routine:

A healthy weight loss program is incomplete without a good exercise routine, and weight training mixed with cardio is the best way to lose weight. Of course, variations and forms exist, but any workout that stresses on muscle tone and increased heart rate will always help you lose weight and keep it off. You can either start a home workout today, or rely on gyms for fitness training.Spend 10 minutes a day walking up and down stairs.

Things to remember:

  • Drink fresh fruit juices instead of the boxed variety.
  • Avoid ready-made desserts.
  • Try cooking at home as much as possible and cut back on dining out.
  • Replace full cream milk with low fat or skimmed milk.
  • Do not touch bakery items.
  • Avoid candies and chocolates as much as possible.
To follow this plan you have to become disciplined about your sleep schedule as well. This is important because in order to detoxify the digestive system, regulating metabolism is necessary. Going to bed and waking up early will prove to be of immense help to regulate your digestive cycle.
